Mauricio Salaverria is the latest generation from a family of coffee producers who has been farming since 1870. Since 2005, Mauricio's focus has shifted to producing specialty coffee and competition-level naturals. In fact, El Salvador's first natural coffee to rank top 10 in Cup of Excellence was submitted by Salaverria in 2015 (ranked #5 from Finca Himalaya).
