Catuai is an arabica type of coffee, that has nice sweetness and acidity. This particular micro-lot has amazing complexity due to the high altitude and volcanic soil where it is grown. This coffee comes from the same farm at our Good Food Award Winner. They have won multiple Cup of Excellence Awards too.
Although this coffee is grown in Central America, the flavors lean toward African coffees.
